Today is a hellish morning -- I didn't get nearly enough sleep, I want to cry, work is going to be long and horrible, blah blah blah. MCR's cover of "All I Want For Christmas Is You" makes me feel a little better, though. It's not quite my Platonic Ideal of a bandom Christmas song, though, because that would have to be Patrick Stump singing "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas."

(I want it. I want it SO BAD.)

Yesterday I was thinking about Pete Wentz and his stupid stupid face and how much I really love him. I love how there are a thousand different ways in which he is super freaking creepy, and it doesn't matter! He's cheerful and charming anyway! Also, I have apparently got into that stage of FOB listening that flares up every once in a while where you end up listening to every song for the lyrics and very badly psychoanalyzing Pete's fucked-up-edness in your head. :( OH PETE.

Finally: if we all know Pete is a pedo, and we all know he is a furry, where is the fic that combines the two?

I keep thinking of the Muppets and John Denver christmas album (which is the best christmas album ever, and no one can ever convince me otherwise), on which Rolf sings that song. So now I'm have thougths of Patrick as Rolf, which is a very very weird place in my head.
