It's very simple. The logical gaming system would be that, going in, a list of possible scenarios are compiled. Scenaraios are scored a value according to likelihood/possibility.
For example:
A suggestion of "Ray holds Mikey still, while Frank blows him." would have a higher value if multiple people suggested it.
"Mikey ties Bob up, Frank rides him while Ray preps Gerard." gets more of a strength value, but you're less likely to come across it.
So once they have a properly weighted value system assigned, they can use ordinary gaming dice to work out what they do. Blowjobsforall attacks WaybrothersseduceRayagainstawall!*
Of course, they could just use a points based system, where they start out with, say, 100 orgy-points a week and then get to exchange them (Say, blowjob = five points, more complicated scenarios would be worth maybe 80 points). True, they have to deal with Frank using all his up in the first two days and trying to persuade everyone else to either let him borrow some from next week, or use their points on what he wants. This second stratergy is more effective.
Bob hasn't used any points in weeks. He's up to about 650. They don't know what he's planning on trading them in for, but they're starting to get a little worried.
