Last night I was talking with cheshireempress and somehow during the midst of the discussion I was tried to claim that Farscape was a fandom in which I had no incest ships. And then I remembered Chiana and her brother.

On the plus side, this reminded me of something I have had on my mind for a couple of weeks now, which is: Mikeyway is totally Chiana.

The more you think about it, the more sense it makes. How much would I kill for a manip of Mikey as a Nebari? Answer: A LOT.

And you could do the same for Gerard, of course.



And god knows the Ways already follow the same means of showing affection as Chiana and her brother

One of my deep Farscape regrets is that they didn't do more with the Nebari who were terrifying villians, and also pretty damn cool when they weren't evil (and sometimes when they were).

I think all Nebari with white hair were all female or androgyne (remember Hubero from Fractures?). I'd have to check but I'm pretty sure all the male Nebari had black hair.

And all the androgyne were considered autoomatically non-comformist. I'm just, you know, throwing that out there.

I think that if they'd had more time (i.e. if Sci-fi hadn't cut them off at the knees), they would have gotten back to the whole Nebari virus storyline. I mean, it was set up as "they're slowly infecting the whole galaxy, and then will flip a switch and everything will be THEIRS."

So, yeah. I think they would've gone back to that, and it could have been frelling awesome.

(P.S. I was one of those people out there with signs when the show got canceled, man. 'Scaper for life.)

Ooh, you're right! I forgot that about the hair colors. It would work with dark-haired Gee, too, of course, but androgyne would always be interesting.

Also, yes. Nebari culture was truly frightening.

I think that somebody once wrote John/Jack. ...and does John/John2 count as incest, or just a very strange form of masturbation? And of course there's the not-quite-incest-but-you-know-Chiana-wanted-it of Chiana/D'Argo/Jothee! You could probably make a very disturbing case for Aeryn/her mom too.

Farscape: really does have basically every kink you might possibly want. And not want. Ever.

Well, yes, but I don't actually watch the show and go "OH HEY" about any of those, whereas I kind of do for the Chiana/her brother stuff.

Farscape is so the kinkiest show.

Season 6 would've been about the Nebari, since season 5 would've been The Peacekeeper Wars stretched out and PKW settled the whole wormhole thing.
