abby and magee are the cutest thing, seriously

My sister and I just finished watching season 1 of NCIS. Unfortunately, the season 2 dvds aren't out yet, because I feel kind of addicted now. At my parents' house, I can't even bit torrent any episodes! BOO, I say.

(One episode of the show we watched today had Jayne from Firefly *and* Darla from Angel *and* Felicity Huffman's husband from Desperate Housewives. I was impressed.)

Besides this, the other highlight of the day was the tiny truffles my sister and I bought at the fancy store yesterday when we were shopping. They were in the clearence bin! And it was Harry and David's! You can't go there without wanting to buy something! Mmmmm, truffles.

I continue to really enjoy the 5 Things entries people are doing. The ones I love the most are the ones that involve Benton Fraser, of course, which I know surprises exactly no one.

How wrong it is that I sort of want a due South AU where Ray Kowalski and Fraser take the Burt Reynolds and Dolly Parton roles from The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas -- on a scale of 1 to 10, how wrong do you think that would be?
