Okay, I know Twitch City's official dvd release date was Tuesday, but I'm assuming nobody has actually managed to get their hands on it yet? Amazon.ca looks like it has "usually ships within 4 to 6 weeks" note, which is ... pretty ridiculous, actually. The only other place I see it for sale online is videoservicecorp.com, and I'm assuming that's not any better?

PEOPLE I WANT THIS SO MUCH. As soon as one of you get it, you have to promise to share ALL the details, okay? Look at the listed bonus features: Bonus Features: commentaries with Don McKellar and Special Guests. I want to hear that SO MUCH. Even if it is just Don McKellar being really boring and pretentious! Hell, especially if it is!

Also, I find the official product description kind of entertaining: Don McKellar, Molly Parker, and CKR are all listed with their most recent, high profile projects in the parentheses behind their names. Like someone who is picking up Twitch City is going to know these guys only as the chick from Deadwood, one of the Cylons from BSG, and a guy who won a Tony. Like, I'm pretty sure the core audience for this dvd is people who like Canadian stuff, you know?

(Oh, actually, I see it's listed on Amazon.com now, too, but ... not coming out until February? So like it is really out in Canada, or is that just a lying early release date? Someone prove the existance to me!)

In conclusion: I WANT.

Okay, so in case you didn't know, my birthday is one month from Monday. Christmas is less than two weeks after that.

I've thought about it very carefully, and I've narrowed my wishlist down very, very finely.

All I Want for Christmas Is THIS )

The spoilers I read about last night's episode of "Grey's Anatomy" and the tiny spoiler ) storyline were written in a really clueless/offensive way, so I was really worried about it, actually -- kind of, you know, "Show, I WANT to trust you! I love you! PLEASE NOT TO LET ME DOWN!". But while the storyline was a little boring and shoveled in, it did seem at least respectful, so points (and relief) for that.

(The whole episode felt a little weak to me, actually; I loved lots of individual things, but it didn't hang together the way it does when they're on their game.)

Proof that the key to my heart is tiny awesome moments: my favorite part of last night's Grey's Anatomy was spoilers )

On the same note, my favorite part of Supernatural was the previouslies. Ahahaha, that is half of what I love about the show RIGHT THERE, in that artfully edited fifteen seconds or so.
