2. Today I have reached the point in my job hunt where I lay on the couch and stared at the ceiling and did pretty much everything but burst into tears. Two major lifechanging important things happened to me this summer, and it is still going to go down in my memory as The Summer of Rejection.

3. Why is shirtless pete wentz in a bunny head with his arms outstretched hot? That should just be creepy. DAMN HIS EYES.

4. I think I'm going to go play the Sims 2 some more. Mmmmm micromanaging imaginary lives, why so satisfying?

5. taraljc's 101 Reasons to Love the Middleman. Seriously, if you are not watching this show, you are missing out. If you show up in a couple weeks being "omigod this is so good why didn't you TELL me" I will beat you with a stick, because you should consider yourself officially told. Bandom people, it is a snarky comics-loving art kid saving the world! What more do you want?

I got a new default icon, and I love it, but it's kind of unfortunate just because every single time I see it I sort of start staring at it and go into a daydream for five minutes. It happens a lot!

In other chat shenanigans, Imp posted our thoughts on a pointless MCR AU where they're all deer. This is mainly notable for the fact that I can't stop thinking about Frank the smallest deer in the world, climbing trees and barking at people. ALL THE PREDATORS WANT HIS TASTY BODY.

OTHER THINGS:

a) I went to get my last Coke out of the fridge and it was a Diet Coke instead. :(((((( Diet Coke is gross, you guys.

b) I can't find that picture of Fraser from MOTB -- you know the one, where he's in his boxers and wifebeater and it's all nrrrrrrrgh THIGH?

c) fox1013 is still awesome. Always and forever. ♥

d) this is a subliminal message that everybody should write me more fic. Except I'm not even bothering with small font so it's not very subliminal.

Last night I was talking with cheshireempress and somehow during the midst of the discussion I was tried to claim that Farscape was a fandom in which I had no incest ships. And then I remembered Chiana and her brother.

On the plus side, this reminded me of something I have had on my mind for a couple of weeks now, which is: Mikeyway is totally Chiana.

The more you think about it, the more sense it makes. How much would I kill for a manip of Mikey as a Nebari? Answer: A LOT. ( He's halfway there already, for god's sake )

And you could do the same for Gerard, of course.

( especially with the white hair )

And god knows the Ways already follow the same means of showing affection as Chiana and her brother

HEMINGWAY WAS THE FUCKING RINGBEARER

Pete Wentz is a husband, you guys. Who would have guessed? ♥

1) There are a couple of songs that everytime they come up on iTunes, they make me go "uggggggggh this is SUCH a Pete/Mikey song ;__;". And then I say "yes, self, that's why you put it on your Pete/Mikey playlist, like, weeks ago."

2) On the other hand, "People Who Died" always just makes me think about how it would be an awesome Buffy vid.

3) Still slowly rewatching Alias. Early season 4 still brings me joy. Oh, most ridiculous show, I have love for you. (The credits still needs to die, though.) Syd is being adorable and wearing glasses! Nadia and Weiss are flirting! Vaughn's really boring dad-plot hasn't started yet! Jack is Jacklike!

4) I get to go home for the weekend. Yay!

5) Hiiiiiiiiiiiii. Whatcha doing? Tell me a story! Or show me a picture of something making you happy!

Also, I shipped Lyn-Z/Gerard pretty hard when all I knew about her was she was the totally kick-ass gorgeous rockstar art kid Gerard had managed to catch, but the more I find out about her the more OTP they seem to be. She is stinky and uncool and earnest! MEANT TO BE.
